2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.

4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir, and gradually add milk, whisking until thickened.
5. Stir in mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
6. In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, drained tuna, peas, and corn. Pour sauce over and mix gently.
7. Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
