Instructions
Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and half of the red pepper flakes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender.
Return the chicken to the skillet and add soy sauce, honey, and ground ginger.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes as desired.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
