Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace.
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and half of the red pepper flakes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and add soy sauce, honey, and ground ginger.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes as desired.
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
