  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Plain or flavored.
  • 1/2 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1 handful Ice Cubes For a chilled consistency.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
  • Prepare the strawberries by rinsing and hulling them.
  • Place the strawberries in the blender.
  • Add yogurt to the blender.
  • Pour in the milk.
  • Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
