Instructions
Gather all your ingredients: strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
Prepare the strawberries by rinsing and hulling them.
Place the strawberries in the blender.
Add yogurt to the blender.
Pour in the milk.
Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if desired.
Add ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
