Wafers

Filling

  • 500 ml Heavy Cream For a light and fluffy filling.
  • 397 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk Adds sweetness and creaminess.
  • 100 grams Powdered Sugar Sweetens the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring Enhances the flavor.
  • 50 grams Chopped Nuts (optional) For added texture.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure your workspace is clean.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream.
  • Sift in the powdered sugar and vanilla flavoring, and fold until smooth.
  • In a cake pan, lay a layer of wafers at the bottom.
  • Spread a layer of the creamy filling over the wafers.
  • Repeat layering wafers and filling until all are used, ending with filling on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from refrigerator, top with chopped nuts if desired, and cut into squares for serving.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
