Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Whisk until fully integrated.
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
Place steak pieces in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over steak, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
