Instructions
Prepare all ingredients: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and slice vegetables.
In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sear for about 5 minutes.
Stir chicken and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Add sliced vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss to coat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Serve immediately, ideally with steamed rice or quinoa.
