  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Honey Use pure honey for best flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced, mix of colors preferred.
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced thinly.

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.

Garnish

  • to taste Sesame Seeds Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and slice vegetables.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sear for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir chicken and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Add sliced vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss to coat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
  • Serve immediately, ideally with steamed rice or quinoa.
