Ingredients
  

Filling Ingredients

  • 4 medium Fresh Peaches Peeled and sliced.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust based on sweetness of peaches.

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour Measured accurately for best results.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Cold and cut into small cubes.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavors.
  • 3-4 tablespoons Cold Water Add gradually to form dough.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  • Add the cold butter and work it into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Gradually add cold water, mixing gently until the dough comes together.
  • Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the peach filling by tossing sliced peaches with sugar and letting them sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Roll out the chilled dough to 1/8-inch thickness and cut out circles.
  • Transfer the dough circles to a greased muffin tin to form tartlet shells.
  • Spoon the peach filling into each shell and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool the tartlets in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
