Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, rolling pin, and a clean surface for kneading.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Whisk together.
  • In a separate bowl, crack open 2 large eggs and beat them lightly.
  • Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the beaten eggs. Gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into four portions, roll out each portion to about 1/8 inch thick, and cut into desired shapes.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Notes
