Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by gathering all necessary items.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain excess fat and sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef. Stir to coat.
Add ½ cup of water and simmer for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Warm the tortillas in a skillet or oven until pliable.
Assemble the tacos by placing beef in the center of a tortilla, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice.
Repeat the assembly process for all tortillas and serve immediately.
