Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 500 grams Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Vegetables

  • 4-5 stalks Green Onions Chopped finely, using both white and green parts.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger Grated.

Sauces and Oils

  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low-sodium recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil For frying.

Seasonings

  • Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper Freshly cracked, to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients: wash and slice green onions, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.
  • Add chicken breast pieces in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper, then remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add chopped green onions and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  • Return cooked chicken to the skillet, mixing with green onions, garlic, and ginger.
  • Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture, stir well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Check seasoning and adjust with more soy sauce or pepper if needed.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider adding bell peppers or snap peas, or serving over rice or noodles.
