Instructions
Prepare all ingredients: wash and slice green onions, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.
Add chicken breast pieces in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper, then remove from skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chopped green onions and stir-fry for an additional minute.
Return cooked chicken to the skillet, mixing with green onions, garlic, and ginger.
Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture, stir well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Check seasoning and adjust with more soy sauce or pepper if needed.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
For variations, consider adding bell peppers or snap peas, or serving over rice or noodles.
