  • 2 medium Mango Ripe and diced into small cubes.
  • 0.5 medium Red Onion Finely chopped.
  • 1 medium Jalapeño Seeded and finely diced.
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro Finely chopped.
  • 1 medium Lime Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl with the mango.
  • Seed and finely dice the jalapeño, then mix it into the bowl.
  • Chop the cilantro and add it to the mixture.
  • Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl, ensuring no seeds fall in.
  • Add a pinch of salt and gently toss all ingredients together.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for later use.

Notes

This salsa is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir before serving.
