Instructions
Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl with the mango.
Seed and finely dice the jalapeño, then mix it into the bowl.
Chop the cilantro and add it to the mixture.
Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl, ensuring no seeds fall in.
Add a pinch of salt and gently toss all ingredients together.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
