Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Boneless, skinless, diced into bite-sized pieces.

Noodles

  • 1 package Ramen Noodles 3-ounce package, discard seasoning packet.

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables Bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, chopped.

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Fresh, minced.

Sauces

  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil For cooking.

Garnishes

  • 2 Green Onions Chopped.
  • to taste Sesame Seeds For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and minced garlic. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Boil water in a pot. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Mix remaining soy sauce, minced ginger, and a splash of water in a bowl. Pour over chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat.
  • Add drained ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing gently with chicken and vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For variations, consider adding different proteins or vegetables, and adjust spiciness to your liking.
