Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and minced garlic. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
Boil water in a pot. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Add chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Mix remaining soy sauce, minced ginger, and a splash of water in a bowl. Pour over chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat.
Add drained ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing gently with chicken and vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For variations, consider adding different proteins or vegetables, and adjust spiciness to your liking.
