Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Add buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle or brush extra buffalo sauce over the meatballs.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
