Ingredients
  

Beef

  • 1 pound Flank steak or sirloin Slice thinly against the grain.

Noodles

  • 8 ounces Egg noodles Cook according to package instructions.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced Use a mix of red, yellow, and green.
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets Bright green and tender-crisp.
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned Slice thinly for even cooking.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Essential for depth and aroma.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated Provides a warm, zesty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Use low-sodium if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil Adds a nutty flavor.

Garnish

  • Green onions, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add another tablespoon of sesame oil, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  • Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet and combine with the vegetables.
  • Add the cooked egg noodles, toss everything together, and drizzle with additional soy sauce if desired.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to heat through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Consider adding nuts for crunch or using different sauces for variations.
