Instructions
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add another tablespoon of sesame oil, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and combine with the vegetables.
Add the cooked egg noodles, toss everything together, and drizzle with additional soy sauce if desired.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to heat through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
