Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Approximately 1.5 to 2 pounds total.

Pesto Sauce
Your favorite store-bought or homemade pesto.

Grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly grated is preferable.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
Spread pesto sauce evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pesto-coated chicken.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake covered for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm, drizzling any remaining pesto over the chicken.
