  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs Finely chopped parsley or thyme.
  • 1 pinch Salt Use sparingly due to prosciutto.
  • 1 pinch Black pepper Freshly ground for seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Season the cod fillets lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Wrap each cod fillet with prosciutto, ensuring it is completely covered.
  • Arrange the wrapped fillets in a baking dish, seam-side down.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cod flakes easily and prosciutto is crispy.
