Instructions
Slice the chicken into thin strips and place in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix fajita seasoning, lime juice, and olive oil. Pour over chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in tortillas with desired toppings.
Notes
For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice or using shrimp instead of chicken.
