Instructions
Drain and rinse the canned white beans under cold water and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the rinsed white beans and blend until smooth.
Add the shredded cheese to the mixture and stir well to incorporate.
Incorporate the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Add freshly cracked black pepper to taste and mix again.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
