  • 4 large Russet Potatoes Well-washed and scrubbed, skin on.

Garlic

Olive Oil

  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil High quality for best results.

Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust to taste.

Pepper

  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper Adjust based on preference.

Herbs

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs (Oregano or Rosemary) Fresh herbs can also be used.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold water and scrub the skin.
  • Slice the potatoes into wedges, aiming for uniform sizes.
  • In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Mix well.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider adding cayenne pepper for spice or cheese for richness.
