Instructions
 

  • 1. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
  • 2. In a skillet or Dutch oven, sear the beef roast on all sides until browned.
  • 3. Remove the beef and cook sliced onions in the same skillet until caramelized.
  • 4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • 5. Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the beef broth, and cover.
  • 6. Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
  • 7. Let the beef rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  • 8. Assemble sliders with beef, onions, and cheese on buns.
  • 9. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • 10. Serve warm with beef broth for dipping.
