Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: eggs, buffalo sauce, butter, green onions, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese if using.
  • In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until yolks and whites are fully blended.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter to melt.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes until edges set.
  • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, scraping edges and bringing cooked eggs to the center.
  • Add the buffalo sauce and stir gently to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • If using, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the eggs and cook for an additional minute.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
