Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and unsalted butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk in the granulated sugar until combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, cocoa powder, and salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out using parchment paper and cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
