Instructions
Prepare the salmon by rinsing and patting dry. Chop into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, and green onions.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the salmon mixture and combine until well mixed.
Shape the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer cooked patties to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with your choice of sides or dipping sauces.
