Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 ounces Pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine) Use your choice of pasta.

Seafood

  • 1 pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined) Fresh or frozen shrimp.
  • 8 ounces Lump Crab Meat Brings sweetness and texture.
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh garlic preferred.

Cooking Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) Brightens the dish.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped) For garnish and flavor.

Seasonings

  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • 3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Gently fold in lump crab meat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  • 6. Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with seafood.
  • 7. Squeeze lemon juice over the pasta and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • 8. If dry, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  • 9. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  • 10. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider adding vegetables like spinach or tomatoes, or a splash of cream for a richer sauce.
