Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Gently fold in lump crab meat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
6. Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with seafood.
7. Squeeze lemon juice over the pasta and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
8. If dry, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
9. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
10. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
For variations, consider adding vegetables like spinach or tomatoes, or a splash of cream for a richer sauce.
