Instructions

Pour in milk and mix until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Prepare the frosting by beating together butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
