  • 1 pound Ground Beef Lean ground beef for a lighter dish.
  • 3 packages Instant Ramen Noodles Do not include seasoning packets.
  • 2 cups Beef Broth Enhances flavor and helps cook the noodles.
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Use low-sodium for a lighter flavor.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger Adds a zesty kick.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions For garnish.
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables Carrots, bell peppers, or broccoli.
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Optional for added flavor.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 2. Drain excess fat from the skillet if necessary.
  • 3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, stir well to coat the beef.
  • 5. Bring to a simmer, then add ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • 6. Add mixed vegetables and cook until just tender, about 3 minutes.
  • 7. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss to combine.
  • 8. Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions.
