Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Drain excess fat from the skillet if necessary.
3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, stir well to coat the beef.
5. Bring to a simmer, then add ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
6. Add mixed vegetables and cook until just tender, about 3 minutes.
7. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss to combine.
8. Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions.
