Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet or casserole dish, add the frozen hashbrowns and spread them evenly.
Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the ground turkey or chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and other spices.
Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
Add the gravy mix and milk to the skillet, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Pour the gravy mixture over the hashbrowns in the casserole dish.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and scatter over the gravy mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and bubbling.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
