Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Crushed whole crackers can be used.
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter Melted.

Filling

  • 3-4 pieces Bananas Ripe and sliced.
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream For whipping.
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar To sweeten the whipped cream.
  • ½ cup Chocolate Syrup For drizzling.
  • ½ cup Chopped Nuts Optional, such as walnuts or pecans.

Toppings

  • handful Maraschino Cherries For decoration.
  • 1 cup Additional Fruit Such as strawberries or pineapple, diced.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until fully coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • In another mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread half of the whipped cream over the crust.
  • Layer half of the banana slices over the whipped cream.
  • Drizzle ¼ cup of chocolate syrup over the bananas.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining whipped cream, bananas, and chocolate syrup.
  • Top with maraschino cherries and optional chopped nuts.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  • Slice and serve chilled, optionally garnished with additional toppings.

Notes

This cake can be customized with different fruits or toppings to suit your taste.
