Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and granulated sugar. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth.

  • Pour the pecan filling over the baked crust and spread evenly. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out using parchment paper and cool completely before cutting.
