Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Massage the marinade into the chicken.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2 to 4 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Place the chicken tenders on the grill. Cook for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Slice if desired and garnish with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
