Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Massage the marinade into the chicken.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
Place the chicken tenders on the grill. Cook for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Slice if desired and garnish with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
Notes
For variations, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for heat, yogurt for creaminess, or fresh herbs for brightness.
