Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal tightly.
Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
