  • 1 lb Ground Beef Use lean ground beef for best results.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Provides classic cheeseburger flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Adds richness to the filling.
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough About 16 ounces, for the outer layer.
  • 4 tbsp Butter Melted, for brushing on top.
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Season the beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  • Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal tightly.
  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

These bombs can be customized with different fillings or spices to suit your taste.
