Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare avocado salsa by dicing avocados and mixing with cilantro, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and lime juice in a bowl.
Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips or cubes.
Serve chicken topped with avocado salsa and additional lime juice if desired.
