Ingredients
  

Homemade Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf Fresh Bread (Baguette or Ciabatta) Cut in half lengthwise.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Softened.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped.

Cooked Chicken

  • 2 cups Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cooked and shredded or diced.

Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Toppings

  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Basil Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the garlic bread by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the garlic bread for about 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  • While the bread is baking, season and cook the chicken until done, then shred or dice it.
  • In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, and minced garlic over medium heat. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove the garlic bread from the oven, spoon Alfredo sauce over it, and top with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve warm.
