Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the garlic bread by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake the garlic bread for about 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
While the bread is baking, season and cook the chicken until done, then shred or dice it.
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, and minced garlic over medium heat. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
Remove the garlic bread from the oven, spoon Alfredo sauce over it, and top with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve warm.
