Instructions
Prep the shrimp by rinsing and drying them. Trim asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Mix blackening seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden. Flip and season, then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove shrimp and sauté asparagus for 3-4 minutes until tender and bright green.
Return shrimp to skillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and toss to combine. Heat through for 1 minute.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
