Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if using.
Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Scatter the blackberries evenly across the ricotta layer.
Sprinkle the torn basil leaves over the pizza.
Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
Carefully transfer the pizza into the oven or onto the preheated pizza stone.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the ricotta is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and slice to serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
