Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, and egg.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for about 1 minute.
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, approximately 12x18 inches.
Spread melted butter for the filling over the rolled-out dough.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the butter.
Roll the dough into a tight log and pinch the seam to seal.
Slice the log into 12 equal pieces.
Place the sliced rolls into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
