Store-bought or homemade.
Cheese

Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar)

Vegetables

Chopped Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms)
Sautéed or raw.
Protein

Cooked Protein (Chicken, Turkey, or Plant-Based)
Chopped.
Seasonings

Garlic Powder

Italian Seasoning

For brushing.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.
Spread a layer of shredded cheese evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
Sauté your chopped vegetables in a skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Distribute the sautéed vegetables over the cheese layer. Add cooked protein if using.
Sprinkle seasonings over the filling.
Roll the dough away from you to create a tight log and pinch the edges to seal.
Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top with olive oil.
Make a few slits on top of the dough for steam to escape.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
