Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade.

Cheese

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar) For a melty filling.

Vegetables

  • 1-2 cups Chopped Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms) Sautéed or raw.

Protein

  • 1 cup Cooked Protein (Chicken, Turkey, or Plant-Based) Chopped.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread a layer of shredded cheese evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
  • Sauté your chopped vegetables in a skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Distribute the sautéed vegetables over the cheese layer. Add cooked protein if using.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over the filling.
  • Roll the dough away from you to create a tight log and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the top with olive oil.
  • Make a few slits on top of the dough for steam to escape.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
