Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning Key for flavor.
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour For coating the chicken.
  • 1 large Egg Beaten, for binding.
  • Vegetable Oil For frying, enough to cover the bottom of the pan.

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the chicken. Rinse the boneless chicken breast under cold water, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • In a separate bowl, crack the egg and beat it well.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Transfer the egg-coated chicken into the flour mixture and toss to coat thoroughly.
  • Heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil, frying for about 3 to 4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  • Flip the chicken bites and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Leftover chicken bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
