Ingredients
  

Bagels

  • 4 pieces Bagels (any flavor) Choose plain, sesame, or everything bagels.

Pizza Sauce

  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Store-bought or homemade.

Cheese

  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Or a blend of cheeses for added flavor.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Sliced Pepperoni Or any preferred toppings like bell peppers, olives, or mushrooms.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For classic pizza flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional, adds depth to the flavor.

Garnish

  • Fresh Basil Leaves For garnish, optional but adds a fresh touch.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice each bagel in half horizontally.
  • Place the bagel halves cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread about two tablespoons of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  • Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add your favorite toppings, such as sliced pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve warm.
