  • 1 medium Fresh Pineapple Look for a firm fruit with a sweet aroma.
  • 1 cup Yogurt Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1 cup Granola Opt for a nutty or fruity mix.

Fruits

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries Mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Herbs and Sweeteners

  • 1 handful Mint Leaves Finely chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup Optional for extra sweetness.

Instructions
 

  • Select a ripe pineapple and slice off the top.
  • Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise.
  • Scoop out the flesh, leaving about half an inch on the sides.
  • Chop the scooped-out pineapple into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, yogurt, granola, and berries.
  • Add mint leaves and drizzle honey or agave syrup if desired.
  • Fill the pineapple halves with the mixture.
  • Garnish with additional berries or mint.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
