  • 4 large Egg Whites Ensure they are at room temperature.
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Add gradually while whipping the egg whites.
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar Helps stabilize the egg whites.
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Creates a chewy interior.
  • 2 cups Fresh Fruits Assorted seasonal fruits like strawberries, kiwi, and passionfruit.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped to soft peaks for serving.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and draw a circle (about 8 inches in diameter) on it.
  • In a clean mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to whip until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the white vinegar and cornstarch.
  • Transfer the meringue mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, using the circle as a guide.
  • Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, remove the pavlova from the oven and peel away the parchment paper.
  • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread it over the pavlova.
  • Top with fresh fruits and serve immediately.

Notes

Store the meringue and toppings separately to maintain texture. Assemble just before serving.
