  • 1/2 cup Honey High-quality honey for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional, for added warmth and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional, enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of softened unsalted butter. Beat the butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Slowly pour in ½ cup of honey while continuing to beat the mixture until fully combined.
  • If using, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix on low speed until evenly distributed.
  • If using, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix for another 30 seconds.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is mixed uniformly. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
  • Transfer the honey butter into a clean, airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, serve on warm bread, muffins, pancakes, or as a dip for fresh fruit.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Allow to reach room temperature before serving for easy spreading.
