Ingredients
  

Fish

  • 4 fillets Cod Fillets Each weighing around 6 ounces.

Cooking Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For searing the cod.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt For seasoning the fish.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.

Sauce

  • 2 ripe Avocados For the creamy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • 1 handful Cilantro Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • For the avocado sauce, blend the avocados, garlic, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cod fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and flaky.
  • Serve the cod on a plate with a generous amount of avocado sauce on top and garnish with cilantro.
