Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

Slice the potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potato slices.
Arrange the potato rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
