Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  • Slice the potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potato slices.
  • Arrange the potato rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving.
