  • 1 cup Flour All-purpose flour for thickening the gravy.

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded, for topping.
  • 4 large Eggs Cracked directly onto the pizza before baking.

  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 package Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  • Spread the pizza dough over the sausage gravy mixture, pressing lightly to fit.
  • Crack the eggs directly onto the pizza dough, spacing them evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  • Slice into wedges and serve warm.
