Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
Spread the pizza dough over the sausage gravy mixture, pressing lightly to fit.
Crack the eggs directly onto the pizza dough, spacing them evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Slice into wedges and serve warm.
