Instructions
 

  • Prepare the steak by cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the cubed steak to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the steak bites and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes for medium-rare.
  • Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet.
