  • 2 cups Chicken Broth Low-sodium recommended.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates the rich and creamy texture.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Used for sautéing.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Blends herbs and spices for flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
  • Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sauté chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken and set aside, keeping drippings in the pot.
  • Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot, scraping browned bits.
  • Return chicken to the pot and add pasta on top, ensuring it's submerged.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Perform a quick release of the pressure and remove the chicken.
  • Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the pasta, stirring to combine.
  • Slice or shred the chicken and return it to the pot, mixing well.
  • Serve immediately, garnishing with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat gently to maintain creaminess.
