Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Whisk until well mixed.
Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or grill to medium-high heat.
Cook chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes or grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
