Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  • Drizzle olive oil into a baking dish and transfer the spaghetti mixture, pressing down to form a crust.
  • Scatter assorted fresh vegetables over the spaghetti crust.
  • Sprinkle an additional cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
