Instructions
1. Prepare your ingredients by thinly slicing the beef steak, onions, and bell peppers.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
3. Add sliced bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
4. Push vegetables to the side and add thinly sliced beef. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
5. Remove skillet from heat and prepare a clean skillet over medium heat for cooking quesadillas.
6. Lay one tortilla flat, sprinkle cheese over half, add beef and vegetable mixture, and top with more cheese before folding.
7. Transfer folded quesadilla to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
8. Flip quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy.
9. Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges.
10. Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice, mushrooms for heartiness, or using different cheeses.
